  Feel really let down by this "furniture store" it's extremely professional until they have your money. Then it's a ridiculous back street dodgy dealer feel to everything.
  
  We ordered our sofa, dress pillows and footstool in November with the promise of a Christmas delivery. NEVER HAPPENED. Promised us the 1st week of January, so we had our old furniture removed on the 9th. Sofa did not arrive until the 25th January, left us without a sofa for 2 weeks.
  
  We were also sold the sofa and footstool in the sale, with the promise that it was the lowest price they would ever be. After checking the new sale, they are half the price we paid. I can't imagine how angry you would be if you had paid the original FULL price.
  
  The dressing pillows were "delivered to store" we had the choice of collecting them (even though we paid for delivery) or a store employee dropping them off. The store employee was polite when he came to drop them off, but they were in no plastic wrapping or anything and quite blatantly exdisplay even though we paid full price for new pillows.
  
  Really disappointed with the awful dodgy dealings going on in this chain and the lies on top of lies that they give.
  
  Awful company and I wish we had never gotten involved with them. I would avoid at all costs and go to a more reputable retailer.
