  Had my hair cut here on 20th December. Told the barber not to cut it too short on top because it goes spiky and is hard to flatten down. Of course he cut it way too short resulting in a spiky mess. I was annoyed with him for not listening to what I asked for and he simply said 'oh, sorry for that' and started to cut the spiky bits shorter still! My hair is now a total mess and it will be at least a month of trying to plaster it down with gel or wax - a nightmare for me. This is the last time I will use this place. Why do they never listen to what customers want?
